Congress’ bundle of promises will reach every home in four days, command handed over to Internet Media Department

The campaign war regarding the Lok Sabha elections in Uttarakhand is reaching its peak. To woo the voters, Congress has made a bundle of promises and has intensified its attack on its rivals by weaponizing the issues. Along with land, internet media has become a big field of this war. Congress has decided that the election battle will be taken to a decisive turn in the last four days i.e. from 14th to 17th April. Its command has been handed over to the Internet Media Department.
During this period, through internet media in the five parliamentary constituencies of the state, MNREGA’s daily wage of Rs 400, recruitment on 30 lakh vacant posts in government departments, as well as women and youth, was given to each and every house in the streets, settlements and villages. Promises of financial assistance will be delivered. Parliamentary constituency-wise local issues have been given a new look in videos and in-design posters. District and block units have been entrusted with the responsibility of delivering these to the voters through mobile phones. To achieve the goal of winning all five seats in the state in the elections for the 18th Lok Sabha, Congress has waged a war on the internet media. Voting is to be held on 19 April. In such a situation, special preparations have been made in the last days to give a comprehensive look to the campaign. Mobile phones are at the center of content prepared for election campaigning on internet media.
The reach of mobile phones has extended from the plains to the remote rural areas of the hilly areas. Mobile phones and internet media are being used extensively in elections. A person using a mobile phone is also active on internet media. Keeping this in mind, Congress has finalized its action plan for the election campaign. The main opposition party, which is fighting this election in a do or die manner, has asked the Central War Room and Internet Media Department located at the state office to put all their strength in the publicity war in the last days. Party’s state in-charge Kumari Selja, who reached Uttarakhand to prepare for Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s election meetings, brainstormed the new strategy with officials of the Internet Media Department and War Room in the state office and asked to implement it expeditiously.

Use of every platform of Internet media
Congress is prominently publicizing the 25 guarantees of the election manifesto issued in the form of Nyaya Patra before voting on every platform of internet media, so that it can be delivered to every household. In these, the general public is being informed about giving about Rs 8500 per month to unemployed youth for one year for doing apprenticeship and guarantee of employment during this period and financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh in a year to women. . The Internet Media Department is preparing content in this regard for each District Congress Committee and Block Congress Committee.

Efforts are being made on parliamentary seat wise local issues
The party has worked hard on parliamentary seat-wise issues. Opposition to the Agneepath scheme, Congress is giving great emphasis in Uttarakhand on the promise of canceling this scheme if the Congress government is formed at the Centre. In soldier-dominated Uttarakhand, internet media is being used extensively to deliver this promise to every home. Along with this, the problems of One Rank One Pension, increasing unemployment, recruitment scams, migration will also be put before more and more voters. State President of Internet Media Department, Vikas Negi, said that in the last days of the campaign, a team of 100 to 150 workers will be working in each parliamentary constituency in favor of the party candidates.
