Here, on Raksha Bandhan, sisters were given the facility of free travel in roadways buses. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also reached Khatima directly from Delhi to tie Rakhi to the sisters. Similarly, many celebrities of Uttarakhand celebrated the festival of Rakhi with great pomp.
During this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami while addressing the sisters said that he was missing his sisters, so he could not stop himself and reached Khatima directly from Delhi. It is because of the love of sisters that he has achieved this position. He had met a large number of sisters on the last Rakshabandhan.
