CM Pushkar Singh Dhami handed over checks and keys to 51 beneficiaries of Dehradun district under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural).

On Thursday, on the completion of 100 days of the government, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated as the chief guest in the program organized by the Rural Development Department at the Chief Sevak Sadan at the Chief Minister’s residence. On this occasion, the Chief Minister handed over checks and keys to 51 beneficiaries of Dehradun district under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural). Under this scheme, a total of 5 thousand beneficiaries were allotted houses in the state. The Chief Minister launched the Rural Enterprise Acceleration Program (REAP) of Rs 771 crore, assisted by the International Agricultural Development Fund (IFAD). On this occasion, the Chief Minister also released the Agro-Horticulture Vision Paper-2027 and the vision paper of the Silk Department, Uttarakhand for the next five years. The Chief Minister also handed over appointment letters to 50 beneficiaries trained through Deendayal Upadhyaya Kaushal Vikas Yojana (Gramin).
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami announced on the occasion that under Madhugram scheme, Sipti Nyay Panchayat in Champawat district and Chamasari (Raipur) in Dehradun district would be selected and implemented. A center of excellence will be set up in the State Park Khateda Champawat for all round development of bay leaf production under aromatic plants. The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone of Sainik Rest Houses at Tanakpur and Gopeshwar on the occasion.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that today the state government has completed 100 days of development, dedication and effort. The Chief Minister said that every effort is being made to fulfill the expectations of the people given the responsibility of serving the godlike people of the state. The state government is moving ahead with a choiceless resolution. The Chief Minister said that Uttarakhand is a center of religion and spirituality as well as a military-dominated state. Uttarakhand has always made a big contribution in the military field. He said that military rest houses at Tanakpur and Gopeshwar would provide a lot of facilities to the soldiers to stay here. The Chief Minister said that it is the endeavor of the government that whatever construction work is done, it should be of high quality. Departments have been instructed that there will be no compromise on the quality of works.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the promises we have made to the people will be fulfilled. After the formation of the new government in the state, it was decided to form a committee in the very first cabinet to prepare a draft for the Uniform Civil Code. A five-member committee has been constituted for this. A mandate has been issued to give 03 cylinders free of cost to 01 lakh 85 thousand Antyodaya card holders in the state and budget provision has also been made for this. Rural Enterprise Acceleration Program aims to promote women empowerment by doubling the income of women. This project will be implemented in all the development blocks of the state. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural, the state government is providing an amount of Rs.05 thousand to the beneficiaries for the necessary materials in their homes. The Chief Minister said that on November 09, 2025, Uttarakhand will celebrate the silver jubilee of the State Foundation Day. A complete roadmap is being prepared for the state to become one of the leading states in every field by 2025. In view of the overall development of the state, a series of Bodhisattvas were organized for further plans. In which the suggestions of subject experts of every field have been taken. Based on all the suggestions, further action plan is being prepared.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that a new work culture has come in the country under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The country is moving ahead on the basic mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas. The world’s largest COVID vaccination campaign was conducted in the country during the global pandemic of Kovid. The countrymen have been given health cover up to Rs.05 lakh in a year. The schemes are being run keeping in mind every section of the society.
Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi said that under the leadership of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, the state government is on the path of rapid development. Work is being done keeping in mind the youth, women and all sections of the society. A grand military dham is being built in Dehradun. Many works are being done in the field of agriculture and horticulture.
On this occasion, Cabinet Ministers Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat, Rekha Arya, MLA Vinod Chamoli, Umesh Sharma Kau, Savita Kapoor, Bhopal Ram Tamta, former MLA Rajesh Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan, Secretary Shailesh Bagoli, Sachin Kurve, Deependra Chaudhary, District Magistrate Dehradun, Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar, District level officers of various departments and District level officers of all districts, District level officers and beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural) were present through virtual medium.
