Prime Minister Narendra Modi surrounded the previous governments, created history in Mana

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that marginal areas will be made prosperous. Every village on the border is the first village for them. From Mana, a village adjacent to the China border in Uttarakhand, Modi also gave a message across the border about the border areas and their security.

First Prime Minister to reach Modi Mana:
Modi is the first prime minister to reach Mana. He targeted the previous governments for neglecting the development of the border areas. He said that earlier the areas which were ignored as the end of the country’s borders, work is being done as the beginning of the country’s prosperity. The border areas were connected by road through Bharatmala scheme.
Now with the Parvatmala scheme, life and transportation will be made easier by making a large number of ropeways in the mountainous areas. The Prime Minister made a scathing attack on the slavery mentality that has hindered the development of faith centers since independence. He said such mentality hurt the faith centres.
Every act of progress feels like a crime to the people affected by it. For a long time there was a feeling of hatred about the faith centers. The centers of faith in the country are getting their glory again today. In his address, the Prime Minister while expressing his resolve to develop Uttarakhand on the basis of double engine, emphatically reiterated that this decade belongs to Uttarakhand.

Prime Minister Modi reached Uttarakhand on a two-day visit on Friday. After worshiping first at Kedarnath Dham and then at Badrinath Dham, he laid the foundation stone of connectivity schemes worth 3400 crores. These include 9.7 km long Gaurikund-Kedarnath ropeway costing 1267 crores, Hemkund Sahib ropeway costing 1163 crores, two road projects worth about 1000 crores, Mana-Manapas and Joshimath-Malari. He reviewed the progress of the ongoing works under the master plan in Badrinath.
Legacy to be proud of:
Addressing a public meeting in Mana, Modi said that there are two main pillars of building a developed India of the 21st century. The first pillar is to be proud of our heritage and the second pillar is to make every effort for development. On the occasion of 75 years of independence of the country, he called for complete freedom from the mentality of slavery from the Red Fort.

Why did it need to be done after so many years? He said that the total people in the country do not get tired of praising the institutions related to their culture abroad, but in India similar work is looked down upon. The main reason for this is the feeling of inferiority complex about their cultural sites and hatred for heritage.

The place of faith reached in dilapidated condition:
Modi said, everyone knows what happened at the time of construction of Somnath temple after independence. After this, everyone is well acquainted with the time and history of the construction of Ram temple. Such mentality has brought our revered places of faith in a dilapidated condition.
Stones, temple sites, which have been hit by the weather for hundreds of years, destroyed everything. For tens of years the condition of our centers of faith was such that the journey there used to be the most difficult journey of life. The previous governments did not know which slavery mentality kept hold that their own citizens were not given facilities to go to the places of faith. He said that God has entrusted him with this task.

Prana Shakti is Faith Center:
He said that in this neglect, there was a sense of humiliation of lakhs and crores of public sentiments. The vested interests of the previous governments were behind this. They did not understand the importance of thousands of years old culture. Modi said that the center of faith is not just the structure for us, it is life force, life is air. There are such powerhouses that keep us alive in the most difficult situations. Countless centers of reverence like Kashi, Ujjain, Ayodhya are regaining their glory. A grand Ram temple is being built in Ayodhya.

Rail, road and ropeway made life of mountain alive:
He said that while handling the reverence at Kedarnath, Badrinath, Hemkund Sahib, modern facilities are being connected. There is another aspect of the reconstruction of faith and places of faith, which is not discussed as much. Rail, road and ropeway not only bring employment, but also make life of the mountain lively, luxurious and easy. The central government is also working on making drones the main means of transportation on the mountains.
Spend five percent on local products:
From Mana village guarding the border with China, Modi called upon tourists and common citizens to take a vow on the lines of Vocal for Local to buy local products with five percent of the total expenditure or travel expenses. He also said that the people of the mountains learn to live in the midst of troubles along with being hardworking. The previous governments used this power of the mountain against them. When it comes to government schemes and facilities, the number of the mountain used to come last. He ended this injustice.
NCC will run in hilly areas
The Prime Minister said that how the sensitive government works, understanding the plight of the poor, was seen in Corona. Uttarakhand and Himachal completed the vaccination work at the fastest speed. The period of PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana has been extended for three more months so that, on the occasion of Diwali, no poor’s house is deprived of burning the stove.
