Uttarakhand has seven more medals in its bag in the 38th National Games. Four players in Wushu and two in Badminton have reached the semi-finals. Uttarakhand will try its best to win the gold medal in Beach Handball. Uttarakhand has so far won one gold and two silver medals in Wushu in the National Games. Apart from this, it is expected to win medals in some other games including Badminton, Beach Handball. The state is also hopeful of medals in Yogasana and Boxing which are starting from today. Yogasana has been included in the National Games for the first time.

Karnataka is at the first position with a total of 12 medals including seven gold medals. While Manipur has won 11 medals including six gold medals. It is second in the medal tally and Maharashtra is at the third position with 23 medals including four gold medals. Let us tell you that Maharashtra had secured the first position in Goa National Games. But in the competitions held so far, Karnataka players have dominated. However, the games have just begun. According to sports experts, in the next few days, players from Maharashtra and Services can improve their position in the table on the basis of better performance.
Jharkhand and Bihar have performed the worst
Jharkhand and Bihar have performed the worst in the National Games. Both the states have got only one bronze medal each.
