The government has already warned about ACR
It is not that Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan has asked the personnel for the first time to fill the ACR and give details of their property in it. In the year 2022, the then Chief Secretary SS Sandhu had expressed displeasure over the negligence being done in filling the ACR of the personnel. At that time he had issued a government order and directed to complete this system as per the due date. This system lasted for some time and then it went off the track.
