Chief Minister Dhami hit many targets with one stone, took steps towards the goal by working the bureaucracy

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has hit many targets with one stone through a three-day Chintan Shivir at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie.
Due to the Corona crisis, the support of the bureaucracy is necessary to speed up the development works that have been stalled for two years and to deal with the challenge of delivering the government’s schemes in the hilly areas and villages.

New task assigned to senior officers:
As the young hope of the government and the organization, Dhami instilled confidence in the top officials to take him along. Along with this, a new task has also been given to cabinet colleagues and senior officials in the form of a new roadmap prepared for development.
In the ninth month of his second term as chief minister, Pushkar Singh Dhami has made Mussoorie, the queen of hills, the preferred destination to fulfill his resolve to build a strong Uttarakhand by 2025.
In the hills of Mussoorie, which became cold with the onset of winter, the hilly and rural areas were at the center of the brainstorming with top officials for three days. Despite 22 years of statehood, infrastructural development and basic facilities in these areas are like big challenges. The result is visible in the form of continuous migration from the hilly areas.
The responsibility of Himalayan intentions on the shoulders of Chief Minister Dhami:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has raised new hopes with central projects for infrastructural development in hilly areas. The responsibility of fulfilling the Himalayan intention of harnessing the youth and water of the mountain lies on the shoulders of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
Dhami is realizing that the onus of putting this resolution on the ground lies with the bureaucracy, which is responsible for policy planning and its implementation. Keeping this in mind, Dhami did the biggest work of helping the bureaucrats through Chintan Shivir. In his first term as Chief Minister last year itself, Dhami has shown vigilance regarding bureaucracy.

In the second term, he showed no hesitation in teaching a lesson to the officers according to the time and opportunity in all the reshuffles from the districts to the government level, and did not let his faith in them waver. After winning his by-election in Champawat and then the three-tier panchayat elections in Haridwar district, a confident Chief Minister Dhami has now made his upcoming agenda of development more clear through Chintan Shivir.

Development of means of livelihood and employment is essential:
Development of means of livelihood and employment is essential in hilly areas. It is also a fact that more than 80 percent of the state surrounded by environmental restrictions has the responsibility of making Uttarakhand a tourism state.
In the presentation given by various departments and officials for three days, an action plan has been discussed to infuse new enthusiasm in the service sector from the primary sector related to livelihood and employment like agriculture, horticulture, horticulture. Chief Minister Dhami has also expressed his intention to complete this action plan in the coming time.
