Chardham Yatra Weather: CM Dhami gave instructions to be extra cautious, constantly taking updates from officials

Amidst the enthusiasm of pilgrims about the Chardham Yatra, the change in weather has also increased the concern of the government. In this sequence, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has instructed the officials of the administration to be extra cautious in view of the weather on the Chardham Yatra routes. He said that along with giving top priority to the safety of the passengers in case of adverse weather, it should also be ensured that the passengers are informed about the weather forecast.

Since the first day of the commencement of the Chardham Yatra, which is linked to the economy of the state, there has been a rush of passengers. Along with this, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is constantly keeping an eye on the journey. He is taking stock of the preparations at the major stops of the travel routes. Along with this, he is constantly taking updates from the officials. He is also taking feedback from the passengers. In this sequence, when the weather changed, he is in touch with the government as well as the police and administrative officials of the districts connected with the travel routes. In this episode, on Monday, he issued guidelines to the officials in view of the weather.

It is worth noting that Chief Minister Dhami was present on the occasion of opening of the doors of the four Dhams Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri. During this, he took information about the preparations related to the Yatra at various places. Along with this, he also gave necessary instructions to the officials. While this gave impetus to the efforts to strengthen the arrangements for the Yatra, better facilities were also available to the pilgrims.
