Operation Sindoor: Air Force pilots returned to India after destroying terrorist hideouts, broke the back of terrorists

After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, India has launched a major operation against terrorism ‘Operation Sindoor’ and targeted 9 terrorist hideouts located in Pakistan and POK and destroyed the terrorist hideouts by air strike. All the Indian Air Force pilots who were killed in Operation Sindoor have returned safely to India. The brave pilots of the Air Force have returned safely to their motherland. Operation Sindoor was a joint operation of the three armies and the Indian Army has attacked four hideouts in Pakistan and 5 in POK. Indian intelligence agency RAW had identified all the targets, after which the hideouts of Lashkar and Jaish were attacked with full preparation and planning.

Where did the attack take place?
Bawalpur: An air strike has been carried out in Bawalpur, about 100 km from the international border. Here was the headquarters of Jaish-e-Mohammed, which was demolished by the Indian Army.

Muridke: Muridke, located 30 km from the international border, was a Lashkar-e-Taiba camp.

Gulpur: This terrorist hideout is located 35 km from LOC (Poonch-Rajauri).

Lashkar Camp Sawai: This terrorist hideout was located 30 km inside POK Tangdhar sector.

Bilal Camp: This launchpad of Jaish-e-Mohammed was used to send terrorists across the border.

Kotli: This is a Lashkar camp located 15 km from the LOC.

Barnala Camp: This terrorist hideout is located 10 km from the LOC.

Sarjal Camp: Jaish-e-Mohammed’s training center is located 8 km from the international border opposite Samba-Kathua.

Mehmoona Camp: This was a training camp of Hizbul Mujahideen and was located 15 km from the international border.

Information given by the Ministry of Defense

After the air strike by the Indian Army on the terrorist hideouts, the Ministry of Defense has issued a press release informing that the Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor, in which terrorist structures located in Pakistan and PoK were targeted, from where terrorist attacks against India were being planned and executed.

The Ministry of Defense has said that a total of 9 targets were targeted and the press release clearly states that our action is non-provocative. No Pakistani military bases have been targeted and India has exercised restraint in choosing targets.
