Now the first goal before Chief Minister Dhami is to complete the development works quickly, so that the state can recover quickly from the losses incurred during the rainy season. Giving relief to the Chief Minister, there is a preparation to give a chance to new faces in his cabinet. Along with this, there is also a discussion of removing some old faces from the cabinet and giving them responsibilities in the organization. The party high command is finalizing the important team of the government and the organization keeping in mind the assembly elections to be held in the year 2027. Before the new executive of the BJP state organization, the executive of the remaining 16 organizational districts except three districts have been announced. This time the role of women has been increased from the lower level in the organization. This role will be further strengthened in the state executive. Along with this, the representation of women power can also increase in the Dhami cabinet.
