The Dhami Cabinet approved the allotment of land in village Fazalpur Mehraula for planned colonies and commercial construction in the authority area in Udham Singh Nagar district. A total of 9.918 hectares of land of village Fazalpur Mehraula of Rudrapur tehsil will be allotted to the District Level Development Authority Udham Singh Nagar. The cabinet has decided that a total of 9.918 hectares of land in village Fazalpur Mehraula will be allotted to the Development Authority Udham Singh Nagar at the current circle rate.
Will place the report of Right to Service on the assembly table
The cabinet approved the presentation of the ninth annual report of Uttarakhand Right to Service 2023-24 on the assembly table. There is a provision in the Right to Service Act that an annual report will be prepared on the action taken on the recommendations of the Commission and the reasons for not taking action. This report will be prepared under this arrangement. Its copies will be placed on the table of the assembly.
Green signal to creation of two posts in Advocate General’s office
The Cabinet approved the proposal to provide exemption in payment of expenditure amount in the conference of North Zone held on 12th and 13th April in Dehradun in collaboration with National Judicial Academy, Bhopal and High Court. At the same time, approval has been given to create one post each of Stenographer and Senior Principal Private Secretary in the office of Advocate General Uttarakhand.
