All the champion players of the National Games will be given a grand feast, cash prizes will be given soon

All the 103 medal winners will gather at one place in the 38th National Games organized in Uttarakhand. On the instructions of Sports Minister Rekha Arya, the Sports Department is going to organize a grand feast for these players. Here all the medal winning players will also get a chance to know each other. The Sports Minister has also instructed the departmental officials to complete the cash amount and other government announcements soon. The National Games were organized in 12 cities of seven districts in the state. In these games, the players of the state performed brilliantly and scored a century of medals.

Uttarakhand remained at seventh place in the medal table
With a total of 103 medals including 24 gold, Uttarakhand remained at seventh place in the medal table. This is the best performance of Uttarakhand in the National Games so far. No sports village was built for the National Games. This was also the reason that the players winning medals in different events have not become familiar with each other. Sports Minister Rekha Arya said that a grand feast will be organized for all the medal winners soon. Where they will also be honored. She said that there will be no distance in the implementation of all the announcements made for all the medal winners.

The officials have been instructed to complete the process of implementing the cash prize money to the players and the announcement of giving out of turn government jobs to the gold medal winning players as soon as possible.

Mauli reached CM residence after National Games

Dehradun: Mascot Mauli, who was the main center of attraction of the 38th National Games held in the state, reached the Chief Minister’s residence after the conclusion of the games. Welcoming Mauli, the Chief Minister said that Mauli’s activism during the National Games worked to win everyone’s heart. People across the country became familiar with the specialty of the state bird Monal. Mauli was the center of discussion in the National Games. Everyone was eager to take a picture with Mauli. Chief Minister Dhami welcomed Mauli when she arrived at the Chief Minister’s residence on Saturday. The Chief Minister said that the National Games have given a new identity to Uttarakhand as Devbhoomi and Veer Bhoomi as well as Khel Bhoomi. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the infrastructure facilities of sports have developed rapidly in the state. As a result of the new sports policy and development of facilities, the players of the state performed brilliantly and won 103 medals and were included in the top seven states.

Uttarakhand was ranked 25th in the 37th National Games. The 38th National Games held in Uttarakhand will also be remembered for Green Games, medals made from e-waste and plantation of saplings in the name of medal winning players.
