Seven routes will be widened for Manaskhand project, Uttarakhand government approves budget

Under the Manaskhand project in the state, the state government is going to widen seven state highways. In this series, about 350 km long route will be widened at various places. The budget has been approved for this.

Objective of facilitating movement to temples
The state government is currently emphasizing on the Manaskhand Mandir Mala Mission. In this, the mythological temples of Kumaon division are being identified and infrastructure facilities are being developed here. The objective is that domestic and foreign tourists can get acquainted with the mythological culture of this region. To facilitate movement to these temples, the roads leading to these areas are being widened. In this series, 59.3 km of Kosi Hawalbag, Manan, Someshwar, Kausani, Garud, Baijnath motor road going to Bagnath Mahadev temple or Baijnath temple will be widened. Similarly, 38 km of Dhunaghat to Reetha Sahib motor road going to Patal Rudreshwar cave will be widened. 6.64 km of Kakrali Gate, Thuligad Bhairav ​​Temple motor road going to Maa Purnagiri will be widened. 187 km of Kathgodam, Ranibagh, Bhimtal, Khutani, Dhanachuli, Devidhura, Dhunaghat, Lohaghat, Pancheshwar motor road going to Barahi Devi temple will be widened. 31.66 km of Nainital, Kaladhungi, Bajpur, Dauraha motor road and 13.55 km of Bhawali, Nainital, Taki Kilwari motor road will be widened for Nainadevi temple.
Similarly, 15 km of Khutani, Bhawali, Dhanachuli, Okhalkanda, Khansyun, Patlot motor road will be widened for Kainchi Dham temple. DPR has been prepared for this.
