The Enforcement Directorate (ED) will not interrogate former minister Harak Singh Rawat today, April 2, in the Pakhro Range scam case of Corbett National Park. ED Assistant Director Abhay Kumar, in an e-mail sent to Harak Singh, has said that today’s inquiry will be postponed. It has been said in the mail that the inquiry will not be possible due to some other workload. It is noteworthy that ED had summoned Congress leader Harak Singh to the ED office in Doon on April 2. PM Modi’s election rally in Rudrapur is also being said to be the main reason behind not interrogating him today. It has not been mentioned when he will be called again. Earlier, Congress leaders Lakshmi Rana and Anukriti Gusain had left the party after ED tightened its grip. But no one else has joined the party yet.
