The budget session of the Assembly will be held in Dehradun from February 26 to March 1. Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Premchand Aggarwal shared this information. He said that this budget of Uttarakhand will be a gender budget, which will further accelerate the pace of development in the state. In the last meeting of the Dhami Cabinet, it was decided to organize the budget session in Dehradun. Also, the Cabinet had authorized the Chief Minister for the date of the session. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has approved the proposal to organize the session from February 26 to March 1. Finance and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Premchand Aggarwal said that in view of the written request of many MLAs, it has been decided to organize the budget session in Dehradun.
Governor will address
Cabinet Minister Aggarwal said that the Governor’s address will be held on the first day of the budget session on 26 February. After this, there will be a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee of the Assembly, in which the outline of the session will be decided. He said that this budget of Uttarakhand will be a gender budget. The budget is being prepared keeping all sections in mind. This will include dialogue with stakeholders of the state and suggestions received through various mediums.
