The recruitment process started in 2019
The recruitment process for the posts of Nursing Officers in the state was started in the year 2019. In view of the urgent need of nursing officers during the Corona period, the responsibility of recruitment was entrusted to Uttarakhand Technical Education Council. The council also invited applications. Meanwhile, the government postponed this recruitment process and amended the service rules, in which it was decided to fill the vacant posts on the basis of year-wise merit.

CM will hand over appointment letter
The recruitment proposal was submitted to the Medical Services Selection Board on December 6, 2022. The selection board had declared the results in September this year. After this, due to various reasons the selected candidates could not be appointed. Now the way for their appointment has been cleared. In the program to be organized at the Chief Minister’s residence on Sunday, the Chief Minister will provide appointment letters to all the selected candidates.
