Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and CM Trivendra Singh Rawat reached Badrinath Dham on Tuesday.



On reaching Dham, Yogi Adityanath and Trivendra Singh Rawat saw Lord Badrinath and the period of worship began. Yogi Adityanath and CM Trivendra Singh Rawat worshiped Badrinath God for about 45 minutes.

Yogi Adityanath said that this holy Badrinath Dham situated on the banks of Alaknanda between Nar and Narayan Mountains is the center of the eternal faith of India for thousands of years. Our faith gets new inspiration from here. Today I have not only got the privilege of visiting Lord Badrinath, but also have the opportunity to lay the foundation stone of the UP Tourist Home.

The efforts being made in Uttarakhand to honor both tourism and reverence and to develop tourism potential are incomparable. Kedarnath also saw amazing changes. Kedarnath showed up in its ancient glory. I congratulate the Government of Uttarakhand and their entire team.
Surrendered his ancestors at Brahmakpal on the banks of the Alaknanda
After this, after a comma, CM Yogi Adityanath surrendered his ancestors at Brahmakpal on the Alaknanda.

After staying here for about 45 minutes, both left for the foundation stone program of UP Tourist Accommodation Home at 10.50 AM. CM Yogi Adityanath laid the foundation stone of UP Tourist Accommodation in Badrinath at a cost of Rs 11 crore.

After this, both the chief ministers also went to Mana village. However, due to snow on the route, he could not go to China border area Ghastoli.

In Badrinath Dham, there will be a tourist accommodation house of UP Tourism near Devdarshani and Helipad. This guest house to be built at a cost of 11 crore 50 lakhs will be equipped with modern facilities. It will have all facilities including parking.

Police administration took stock of security system:
It was announced by UP CM Yogi Adityanath in the year 2018. Officials of UP Tourism and Tehsil Joshimath (Chamoli) had also completed all preparations at the foundation stone site.

Superintendent of Police Yashwant Singh Chauhan, along with taking stock of the security arrangements, took a meeting of all the police forces on duty and gave them necessary guidelines.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Karnprayag Vimal Prasad, Deputy Superintendent of Police RK Chamoli, Inspector Matwar Singh Rawat etc. were present on the occasion.
