Customer reviews and comments about a service or company are immensely helpful to prospective customers. When you read the Wotoba reviews below and share your experience, you will help another customer make the right decision in future. So, please share your experience about Wotoba in comment section below.
However, we advised you to do proper research about the site before working on it. Here are a few points on how to avoid scams and fraudulent sites:
1.Take time to research about the online vendor
Research about the vendor to ensure that they sell genuine merchandise. Avoid sites that market themselves with unrealistic offers and discounts. Also make sure that the payments are well secured so that your personal and financial information is not left exposed. Customers’ testimonials and reviews will give evidence of the company’s competence or incompetence in offering the product or service you intend to purchase.
2.Evaluate the trustworthiness of the vendor.
Does the company have a verifiable physical address? Have they provided contact details? Do they answer calls and reply emails and text messages?
Use the company’s phone number to confirm its location and the name of the owner. If the details you get do not match with what has been provided on the site, there is a big chance that the business is a scam.
Verifying these contact details will help to ward off any chances of dealing with a scam website.
3.How professional does the website look?
Scammers don’t have enough time or resources to put in place a neat and user-friendly website. The first sign of a scam is a website with huge chunks of promotional content (often with poor grammar) placed haphazardly on the homepage. Another sign is persuasive messages popping up regularly and notifying you of an almost ending offer, or prompting you to ORDER NOW, or make immediate payment.
4.Any issues with payment for merchandise?
Reviews of a reliable company will portray it as a genuine business that deducts the right amount of money from clients’ accounts. Scams and fraudulent sites are characterized by customers’ complains about how the site took money and did not deliver the anticipated product or service.

Wotoba is definitely a scam. Do not purchase from this company unless you are willing to lose your money. They do not accept returns and they do not refund. If you are unhappy for any reason they just don’t care. They have a policy that they do not disclose unless they find you are unhappy or wish to cancel an order. They charge you a percentage of your order if you try to cancel and they claim they have already made the clothes and shipped to you even if they have not done so. This is a SCAM company that has no respect for their customers. Remember if it looks too good to be true it probably is, so do not buy from this company or you will be sorry. Reported to BBB.
This is a scam, they are connected to NoraCora which is a scam
Wotoba has to be the worst company I have ever used. The clothes I bought are size wrong. A plus size woman would have a really hard time wearing them. It cost to much to return them back to the company so I just lost out only my 125.00 $. Never buy from this site. It should be taken down off the website. The cloths are thin and cheap and way to big.
They haven’t shipped my items in over a month and refuse to cancel them, even though the policy is, i an cancel with a full refund before they ship. I’ve sent 3 cancelation emails and they just reply saying they are delayed and asking me to wait longer for my shipment and offering me a 10% refund on the items. The one dress that did come is too big but they want me to pay to return it for an exchange. I don’t trust it since they can’t even ship my other two items. There is no phone number to call.
THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME! I HAVE OVER $150.00OF THEIR CLOTHES IN MY CART. I DID NOT ORDER BECAUSE I AM 68 YEARS OLD AND I AM VERY CAREFUL. THIS WAS THE CASE WITH NORACORA. I DID NOT SEND AN ORDER AFTER I READ THIER REVIEWS. IT IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT THAT NICE , CARING, PEOPLE, LIKE YOU LEAVE COMMENTS TO PROTECT OTHERS FROM BEING SCAMMED. AGAIN, THANK YOU !
Thank you for this review. They just popped into my screen and the merchandise is so lovely. I was about to order and then I checked review. it appears to be the same company masquerading under various names ( NEW CHIC, NOROCORA) fraudulently marketing their stuff to North Americans because they believe we are gullible
Wow, why isn’t these companies reported to the BBB? I’m doing it. I spent $200 and got the same knock off’s. What a bunch of junk. I was wondering about all those other sites like (Chic, Norocoar, others). I’m warning everyone. I’m posting on all these sites to beware an save your money, but by now they have raked in millions I’m sure.
Take care and beware.
Wow, same issue here. There are AT LEAST 4 websites based in China with same template and IP plumbing, just different names e.g. NoraCora, Wotoba, Roselinlin, Jill and someone or other, and on and on. Can we do anything about it?
Never order anything that is based in China. I did and I didn’t receive my merchandise. I wish I had checked with Yelp first but I didn’t. I feel really stupid. Wotoba only sent me half the order and even that was garbage. I am only out $32.78 which is a lot less than others have spent.
While the prices are great it is evident why by the quality of the clothes and the sizes run very small. If you have to return items its at your expense to Hong Kong (which is not worth the cost vs the cost of the item) and you get no refund of the shipping cost to you. Will never ever buy from them again…..
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!! YOU MAY OR MAY NOT EVER RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE. I DID NOT.
I HAVE CONTACTED THE FTC ( Federal Trade Commission ) AND FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT. I SUGGEST YOU ALL DO THE SAME SO THAT WE CAN GET RID OF THIS FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION.
