Uttarakhand State Foundation Day: President to spend the night in Dehradun on November 2nd, address the Assembly on November 3rd

President Draupadi Murmu will spend the night at Rashtrapati Niketan in Dehradun on November 2nd. She will then address a special session of the Legislative Assembly on the morning of November 3rd. As part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the State’s founding, the President’s address to the special session of the Legislative Assembly will be a moment of pride. Prior to this, the President will attend the convocation ceremony of Patanjali University in Haridwar on November 2nd at 11:25 am. She will then spend the night at Rashtrapati Niketan. She will address a special session of the Legislative Assembly on November 3rd at 11 am. Following this, at 5:30 pm, the President will participate in the 125th anniversary celebrations at the Raj Bhavan in Nainital. On November 4th, the President will attend the darshan and worship of Neeb Karauli Baba at Kainchi Dham at 11:20 am. At 3 pm, she will address the 20th convocation of Kumaon University.
