Two soldiers of Pithoragarh martyred on the border

Two soldiers of Pithoragarh were killed in the shelling from Pakistan.
On Friday, in response to the shelling from Pakistan in Baramulla, Srinagar, the soldiers posted in Kumaon Regiment, Shankar Singh Mahra and Karan Singh Chufal, were killed.
Both these soldiers residing in Kumaon Regiment are from Pithoragarh district and hail from Nali village of Gangolihat. Shankar Mehra was 30 years old.
There is an atmosphere of mourning after this information in the village of martyrs.
It is worth noting that during the lockdown and also in the Pak month of Ramadan, Pakistan is not desist from its antics.
In the Uri sector of Baramulla, Pakistan opened heavy fire on Indian military bases, causing severe injuries to civilians including soldiers.
A total of 4 jawans were injured, in which 2 were martyred. The Indian Army also responded to the shelling and destroyed a Pakistani post.
