In Uttarakhand, there have been games in the transfer of teachers. How are the transfer of favorite and recommended teachers in convenient schools. This has been revealed by RTI. The woman working in Pauri, the Panchayat Raj Department, was first attached in Dehradun. Then on the basis of this, the teacher of the woman’s husband working in the education department has been transferred to Dehradun.

Despite the ban on attachment of teachers and staff in the state, the woman working in the District Panchayat Raj Department Pauri Garhwal was first attached to the Panchayat Raj Directorate, Dehradun. After this, the teacher husband working in the Pauri district of the woman was given the benefit of transfer from the education department on the basis of husband and wife.

Whereas, as per rules, the employee can neither be attached nor can the teacher be transferred on the basis of it. But under Section 27 from the Education Department, the concerned teacher was transferred from Pauri to Dehradun.
In another case, a teacher working in Tehri Garhwal was transferred to Dehradun district on the grounds that her husband was employed in the post of Transport Tax Officer in Dehradun district in 2016. Who are currently employed in Haldwani. Those who were relieved of work for Haldwani district on 30 June 2018.

Complaint in case of Chief Minister:
Some teachers have complained to the Chief Minister on this matter. In the complaint made by the affected teacher Vandana, Ruchi, Rekha, Yashveer etc. to the Chief Minister, it has been said that some other teachers have also been given the benefit of easy transfer by following the rules.

The department has not yet received such a complaint. Departmental action will be taken on receipt of complaint in this regard.
