Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, during his stay in New Delhi, paid a courtesy call on BJP National President JP Nadda on Thursday evening. During the meeting, he discussed all the political and contemporary issues ranging from the functioning of the state government. According to sources, the Chief Minister also discussed with the National President the responsibilities to be distributed in the coming days in the State Government.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will participate in the nomination of ND candidate Draupadi Murmu for the presidential election on Friday. The Chief Minister had a very busy day on Thursday. After meeting the Prime Minister and Union Ministers, he went to meet BJP National President JP Nadda. During the courtesy call, he informed the National President about the working of the State Government.
He told that his government has set the agenda of development on the basis of the election vision paper and according to this many important decisions have been taken now. The Chief Minister informed about the large number of devotees gathered in the National President’s Chardham Yatra and the facilities arranged for them. He said that the government has made special arrangements for the health and other facilities of the pilgrims.
Continuous efforts are being made to make travel more convenient. It is being told that the Chief Minister also informed the National President about the Agneepath scheme of the Central Government. He said that the youth of the state are excited about this scheme in the military-dominated Uttarakhand and they have welcomed it. According to sources, the Chief Minister also discussed with the National President the responsibilities to be distributed in the State Government.
