In Uttarakhand, the graph of mortality and infection rates is increasing daily with new corona patients. Within five days, 2748 infected have been found in the state, while 39 patients have died. The health department now faces a major challenge to reduce mortality and infection rates. So far, Dehradun district has recorded the highest number of 119 deaths.

Corona infected cases are increasing rapidly in the state with sample investigations. At the same time, corona patients are dying every day. For the first time in the state, 11 corona patients have died in a single day. Till now the number of deceased patients was less than this.

Now the death rate in the state is 1.33 percent and the infection rate is 5.34 percent. Guidelines have also been given by the Central Government to bring the death rate to one percent and infection rate to less than five percent. In such a situation, preventing death and infection rate is a big challenge for the health department.
