Today, the first meeting of the Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board was held at the Chief Minister’s residence under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat. Also, religious beliefs should also be taken care of. He said that the rights of everyone in Uttarakhand Chardham Devstham Management Board will be taken care of. Discussions have been made in the meeting to build a museum for the collection of temples and their associated manuscripts and other historical materials.
In this first meeting of the board, it was decided that a high level committee under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary would be set up by the state government for interdepartmental coordination for proper conduct of the religious journey. A separate logo will be made of Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board. The Chief Executive Officer has been authorized to transfer the wealth, funds and valuable items of the temple to the management of the Board, for which action will be taken by the concerned District Magistrates. Uttarakhand will be a separate bank account of Chardham Devasthanam Management Board. For this, an amount of Rs 10 crore has been approved by the state government in the meeting. The remnant money of Badri-Kedar Temple Committee will also be transferred to Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board. The personnel of Badri-Kedar Mandir Committee will be accommodated in Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board. Additional Chief Executive Officer will be appointed for the Board and a post of Controller of Finance will be created. Tribunal will be set up for various judicial matters in Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board. The website created for the Badri-Kedar temple committee by NIC will be upgraded and upgraded. On this occasion, Chief Executive Officer of Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board, Mr. Ravinath Raman handed over a check of Rs. 05 lakhs for one day’s salary given to the Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat by the personnel of Badri-Kedar Temple Committee in view of Kovid-19.
Shri Satpal Maharaj, Vice-Chairman, Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board, announced an amount of Rs. 05 lakhs to the Board through Manav Utthan Seva Samiti. He also presented his important suggestions on the occasion.
