The government will bring four bills on the floor of the house on Tuesday for the second day during the assembly session. In addition there will be discussion and voting on supplementary demands. Then Uttarakhand Appropriation Supplementary Bill 2020 will be passed. 12 Bills passed in the House will be enacted.

Legislators protest against sugarcane demanding payment of dues to farmers:
On the second day of the session, the opposition MLAs protested with the sugarcane demanding payment of cane dues. Congress MLAs Qazi Nizamuddin, Mamta Rakesh, Furkan Ahmed, Adesh Chauhan, Manoj Rawat, Harish Dhami tried to go to the assembly with a cane, but were stopped by the police at the main gate. During this, there was also a furore between MLAs and security personnel.

The opposition created a ruckus in the house over the virtual participation of Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat in the assembly session. Opposition members asked if there was any rule of virtual participation in the House. Chairman Premchand Aggarwal directed that provision for virtual participation should be made in the Working Manual.

Uttarakhand (Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act 1901) (Amendment) Bill, 2020, Uttarakhand Public Service (Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections) (Amendment) Bill 2020, Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (Amendment) Bill 2020, Uttarakhand Martyrs Dependent Grace Bill 2020 will also be tabled.

These will be discussed and passed on Wednesday. Apart from this, annual report and accounting report of Public Service Commission, Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission will come. The Chairman of the Public Enterprises and Corporations Committee will place the first report of 2017-18 on the Table of the House.

Today there are chances of uproar in the Vis session:
The first day of the Uttarakhand assembly session passed in the silence of condolences, but today (Tuesday) the house is in full swing. On the issue of farmers, unemployed, inflation and Covid, the opposition can demand a discussion on the information of Rule 310 before the session begins. Since there will be Question Hour and Zero Hour on Tuesday, the Opposition will have ample opportunity to raise the issue.

On Tuesday, the opposition in the House will try to raise the issue as a work stop motion. On the issue of farmer movement, the opposition is preparing to raise the issues of the farmers of the state.

Answers to Maharaj and Arya:
