This website is a scam. James Hill is the alias he uses.
Hi, I had a “potential” buyer of a website I own.
We negotiated a price, then I directed him to my escrow company.
He said his money was in exrexcoinbit.com and that if I set up an account there he can internally transfer the BTC from his account to mine. I can cash it out to my own external wallet from there.
Only once I have received the BTC was I to send the domain name to him.
Here’s the catch, in order to withdraw the sale money I would need to deposit 0.04 BTC ($1250) for security reasons in order to withdraw.
I am not stupid I realized this was a scam when he didn’t want to use the escrow I was paying for. Others may not realize:
The site is fake. All the addresses are fake, it’s all set up to deposit the btc to get the money you are owed. This will never happen though because the site doesn’t exist!

A few points:
The site is a test site.
The site has no links to liquidity providers is purely a scam.
The site was registered a month ago using fake details, fake address, fake ceo (coinbase CEO) Misspelt text, logo from the demo software.
Demo template from dashlite.net/demo5/crypto/
He also admitted the scam before he disappeared 🙂
