Mamta Banerjee expressed apprehension of conspiracy: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee described the train accident as the biggest rail accident of the 21st century. Suspecting some conspiracy behind the accident, he demanded an inquiry into it. Mamta said that if the train had an anti-collision device i.e. anti-collision device, then this accident would not have happened.
