In the last year 2019, a total of 781 mobile phones have been recovered by the Mobile Recovery Cell using state-of-the-art techniques of police, which are estimated to cost around Rs 97,62,500. The recovered mobiles were handed over from time to time to their mobile holders. After the establishment of the mobile recovery cell in the month of November 2017, so far a total of 1643 mobile phones have been recovered and handed over to the mobile holders, which is estimated to cost around Rs 2,05,37,500.
