On reaching his official residence in Dehradun late on Thursday night, the report was handed over to him by the inquiry committee. The Speaker said that while handing over the inquiry report, the chairman of the inquiry committee, DK Kotia, SS Rawat and Avnendra Singh Nayal were present.
