After increasing the activeness of China along the India-China border, India has also started strengthening the security apparatus.

ITBP is going to build a helipad in Bedang, which borders China. After the helipad is built, the jawans will be able to easily supply food and other essential things.

The ITBP is the last outpost on the Indo-China border in Dawa at an altitude of 15,000 feet above sea level. Earlier the helipad will be constructed at a place called Bedang. All Indian security agencies, including the ITBP, will get relief from the helipad being built there.
After the India-China border dispute in Arunachal, China has increased its activities in the areas adjoining the border district of Pithoragarh. China is monitoring every movement of India with the help of HD cameras.

Indian soldiers are also patrolling the border from seven to eight feet in snowfall. According to sources, the 36th Corps ITBP has started the tendering process to build the helipad at Bedang. The construction of the helipad will be started soon after the completion of the tender process.

Himvir is posted at an altitude of 10 thousand feet to 16 thousand feet:
For the first time after the tension on the China border, the soldiers are deployed at an altitude of 10 thousand feet to 16 thousand feet. Staying on the border of ITBP, Himvir is busy serving the country bypassing all facilities. Army soldiers have also agreed to give every answer to the dragon on the border.

Bedang is about 200 km from the district headquarters:
Bedang Pithoragarh is about 200 km from the district headquarters. Indian soldiers have only helipad in Gunji to reach here. From here, the soldiers have to travel some distance by vehicle and then 20 km on foot.

After walking from the district headquarters, the first jawans reach Dharchula. After this Sobla, Dar and Dhakar arrive. The jawans have to walk 20 km to reach Gunji from Dhaka.
