Governor Mahamahi Baby Rani Maurya reached Badrinath Dham on Monday and saw Lord Badarvishal.

His Majesty Baby Rani Maurya, the Governor of Uttarakhand, reached Badrinath Dham on Monday and offered obeisance to Lord Badarvishal. At 9.45 am, the Army reached the helipad in Uttarakhand government helicopter and from there reached the temple.

In the temple complex, Uttarakhand Chardham Devasthanam Management Board Badrinath Additional Chief Executive BD Singh, Officer-in-Charge Vipin Tiwari, Dharmadhikari Bhuvanchandra Uniyal and Devasthanam Board officials gave a grand welcome to the Governor. He also performed Vedpath while offering prayers for about 25 minutes. After the circumambulation of the temple, the Devasthanam Board presented him with an organ. After this, the Governor along with her husband Pradeep Kumar Maurya made a pindadaan in Brahmakpal. The Governor prayed for the worship of Hon’ble Prime Minister on his birthday and Covid-19 to liberate the country soon.
On this occasion, Additional Superintendent Satyaprasad Chamola, District Magistrate Incharge Hansadatt Pandey, Superintendent of Police Yashwant Chauhan, Sub Divisional Officer Anil Chaniyal, Vedpathi Ravindra Bhatt, Pooja Incharge Kedar Rawat, Dafedar Kripal Sanwal etc. were present.

Former Union Minister leaves for Badri-Kedar Yatra

Former Union Minister Uma Bharti set out on Kedarnath-Badrinath Yatra reached Brahmapuri in Tirthanagri on Sunday. Here he rested for a while in the Shri Ram temple. Mahamandaleshwar Dayaram Das welcomed him with saints.
