Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has directed to ensure recruitment procedures in the prescribed time table. He said that the recruitment examinations should be conducted in a time bound manner following the protocol required for Corona. It should not be relaxed at any stage. The Chief Minister while reviewing the recruitment procedures in the Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Auditorium of the Secretariat said that an online arrangement should be made for the departments not to delay in sending the ordinance to the selection commissions.

There should be only one examination of posts of similar nature:

The Chief Minister directed that the same examination should be conducted for posts of similar nature. This will save the time and money of the candidates and there will be no unnecessary delay in recruitment. Once the State Public Service comes to set the date of DPC, it should not be postponed due to non-availability of concerned officials.
Response to selection commission’s objections to the ordinance in maximum three days
Answers to queries and objections made by the selection commission should be run within a maximum of three days. Every month the personnel department should review the recruitment procedures of the departments and establish coordination among the departments and selection sections.

Setting goals should work:

The Chief Minister said that due to corona, the recruitment processes have been delayed. How can it be replenished in the next 6 months, an action plan should be prepared. Working in a targeted manner, it should be taken on top priority at the government level along with the selection.

Selection done by Uttarakhand State Public Service Commission for 3047 posts from 2017 to present, process to move to 1145 posts:

Uttarakhand State Public Service Commission Chairman Major General (C) Anand Singh Rawat informed that from the year 2017 to the present, 3047 posts were selected from the State Public Service Commission. While the selection process is in motion for 1145 posts, which will be completed in this financial year. The commission has made time table for various posts this year. Selection is being ensured accordingly. A total of 2647 posts have been selected by the DPC from the year 2017 to the present while the process of DPC for 219 posts is in motion. Selection done by Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission on 6 thousand posts from the year 2017, process for 7200 posts is in motion *

Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission Chairman S. Raju said that the selection of 6 thousand posts was completed by the Subordinate Services Selection Commission from the year 2017 to 2020. While from 2014 to 2017, 801 posts were selected. 9 exams are currently pending due to infection with Kovid-19. Out of these 7 examinations are proposed to be conducted from October to December. Appointment has been received for about 7200 posts in the selection year 2019-20 and 2020-21, out of which advertisement has been published for about 2500 posts, while the advertisement for 4 thousand posts is in progress.

Selection of 1282 posts from 2017 to present by Uttarakhand Medical Services Selection Board, process on 1351 is in motion:

President of Uttarakhand Medical Services Selection Board, Dr. DS Rawat said that from 2017 till date a total of 1282 were selected. The Board currently holds a total of 1351 posts including posts of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Medical Officer, X-ray Technician, ECG Technician, Radiographics, various technicians in state medical colleges. The selection procedures on these will be completed in a fixed timeframe.
