Folk artists and singers gave mesmerizing performances in the 5-day ‘9 Years of Utkarsh Ke’ festival of development and culture and country’s limitless development journey

Cabinet Minister Premchandra Agarwal participated as the chief guest in the 5-day ‘9 Year Utkarsh Ke’ festival of development and culture and country’s limitless development tour program at Bannu Ground, Racecourse Dehradun on Thursday under the joint aegis of Information Department and MDDA. MLA Durgesh Lal participated in the program as a very special guest.
Cabinet Minister Premchandra Agrawal said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Centre, the country is moving ahead on the path of continuous development. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has worked in the interest of the country. Over the years, the Central Government has worked on the principles of Garib Kalyan and Antyodaya. In the last 9 years, under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, work has been done to change the picture of the country. Today there is a lot of respect for India abroad. India is continuously moving ahead in many surveys. Today, the popularity of Prime Minister Modi is continuously increasing all over the world. Under the leadership of Modi ji, many schemes like Ayushman Yojana, Kisan Samman Nidhi, Ujjwala Yojana have worked to bring forward the person standing at the last end of the society. The basic mantra of the central and state government is everyone’s support, everyone’s development, everyone’s trust.
Cabinet Minister Premchandra Agarwal said that the Char Dham Yatra is currently on pace in the state of Uttarakhand. Last year, more than 50 lakh devotees visited the Char Dham Yatra. This year too, more than 15 lakh devotees have come for the Char Dham Yatra so far. Char Dham Yatra is being conducted smoothly and safely under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. He said that encroachment on government land is being removed under the leadership of Chief Minister Dhami. Continuous work is being done on road connectivity, rail connectivity in Uttarakhand.
During this mesmerizing performances were given by various folk artists and singers. The winner of Indian Idol and famous singer Pawandeep Rajan spread his voice in the program. Along with this, people danced a lot in many hill songs like Bedu Pako Baro Masa.
Rural Uttarakhand was depicted through the stalls.
The program also showcased the food of rural Uttarakhand through more than 50 stalls. Stalls based on local products like Manduve Momos, Manduve Biscuits, Pahadi Anjeer products, Ringal products, Books, Pahadi Dal, Buras and Malta juice are attracting a lot of people.
Enthusiasm among people due to digital exhibition.
A lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the people due to the digital exhibition based on the public welfare schemes of the Central and State Government.
Selfie point became the center of attraction.
Selfie points have been made at various places in the program premises. Where people are taking photographs in selfie points based on various themes like ‘Swachh Bharat Sundar Bharat’, ‘Mera Gaon Mera Desh’, ‘Self-reliant India’, ‘G20’.
Development journey through laser show.
Various developmental schemes being undertaken by the Central and State Governments are also being told in the program through laser shows. Information about public welfare schemes run by the state and central government is also being provided through this medium.
Many veteran artists like Padma Shri Pritam Bharatwan, Kalpana Chauhan will participate in the festival on Friday.
During this, Director General Information Banshidhar Tiwari, Additional Director Information Ashish Tripathi, Joint Director KS Chauhan, Deputy Director Manoj Srivastava, Finance Controller Balak Ram Basban, and others were present in the programme.
