The Dhami government of Uttarakhand has performed well in the development of the state as well as in providing employment to the youth. Dhami government’s performance in providing government jobs is excellent. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami government has set a record not only in the recruitment of Group C in the state but also in the recruitment of officers. Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) claims that the Dhami government has made 6635 recruitments in one year’s tenure, whereas only 6869 recruitments took place during the last 22 years. So far, the results of 3040 candidates have been declared, while the results of 3595 candidates are being prepared.
Speed increased only in Dhami government
The Commission has set a target to conduct recruitment examinations for more than five thousand new posts by May 2024. The Commission claims that the pace of recruitment of officers has increased six times in the Dhami government. Despite tough challenges and many hurdles, Chief Minister Dhami has made a record of conducting recruitment examination of more than six and a half thousand officers in a year. Whereas earlier the Commission was hardly able to recruit five hundred to one thousand officers by conducting eight to 10 examinations in a year. Now the Commission has made a record of recruiting three thousand officers by conducting a record 30 examinations in a year.
CM destroyed the web of counterfeit mafias
After destroying the web of copying mafia in the Commission, Chief Minister Dhami has made the country’s strictest anti-copying law. After this law, the examinations of the Commission are being conducted with more transparency and cleanliness.
Recruitment done on 3040 posts
According to the information received from the Commission, officers have been recruited on 3040 posts from January 2023 to December. Whereas preparations for releasing the recruitment results for 6635 posts by the financial year March 2024 are going on in the final stage. This includes the results of the biggest recruitment PCS exam, Forest Guard, Review Officer and others.
Examination for these posts will be conducted by May 2024
Apart from this, under the requisition for new recruitment received from various departments, examinations will be conducted for more than five thousand posts till May 2024. Especially for the vacant posts of PCS, this year’s requisition is yet to be received from the government. In such a situation, bumper recruitment of officers can be expected in the Dhami government in the year 2024 also.
