Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami granted financial approval to development projects worth ₹986 crore. Funds were approved for the construction of a non-residential building in the Barakot tehsil in Champawat, housing in the Officers’ Colony in Haridwar, a meeting hall in the Pauri Garhwal tehsil office, and an office building, workshop, and storeroom at the Lohaghat bus station in Champawat. Based on the recommendations of the Fifth State Finance Commission of Uttarakhand, the Chief Minister approved the release of ₹83.25 crore to all district panchayats for the third installment of the financial year 2025-26, ₹78 crore to area panchayats for the second half-year installment, and ₹200 crore to gram panchayats for the second half-year installment. On the recommendations of the Fifth State Finance Commission, approval was given for the release of Rs. 333 crore for the third quarterly installment of the financial year 2025-26 to urban local bodies and Rs. 3 crore for the second half to three non-elected bodies. Under the State Plan, the Chief Minister approved a scheme of Rs. 3.19 crore for construction work on the land available after removing encroachment on the Anarwala-Malsi motor road in the Assembly constituency Mussoorie of Dehradun district. Under the Missing Link Project of the Urban Development Department, the Chief Minister approved Rs. 4.16 crore for the renovation of the 113-year-old 51-meter span foot suspension bridge on the Saryu River in the Nagar Palika Parishad, Bageshwar area and for laying external electricity connection and drinking water line in the low income group housing society of Kath Bangla of the Municipal Corporation Dehradun. The Chief Minister approved funds for the road strengthening work from Jaynagar Road to Monibaba’s shrine in Gadariabag via Shiv Mandir in Khaniya No. 4 in Sitarganj assembly constituency of Udham Singh Nagar district. Funds were approved for flood protection work in village Grastnangaj, located on the left bank of Khoh river under Kotdwar area of Dugadda development block of Pauri Garhwal, construction of motor road from Nawabgarh bridge No. 1 to Khadar in Vikasnagar, construction of central library, boundary wall and mini stadium in Soban Singh Jeena University Champawat campus, various schemes of Irrigation Department, Uttarakhand Transmission Strengthening and Distribution Improvement Programme, ADB scheme, development of Angeli Babu temple site in Kapkot assembly constituency of Bageshwar.
