State counseling of NEET UG is going to start in the state from November 6.

For this, the schedule of the first phase of counseling has been released by Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University on Wednesday. Online registrations will be held from 6 to 10 November.

Vice Chancellor Dr. Hemachandra Pandey informed that the counseling process will be online. Along with registration between 6th to 10th date, fee deposit and choice will also have to be filled. The first phase of counseling will end on 18th. In this, it is mandatory for the candidates to take admission in the allotted college. Conditions in state quota:
The condition for the seat of state quota is that the candidate has passed 10th and 22nd from Uttarakhand. Native residents of Uttarakhand will also get preference. Candidates from any state can apply for the All India-Management quota.

Government College:
Doon Medical College – 175
Haldwani Medical College – 125
Srinagar Medical College – 125

Private College:
SGRR Medical College – 150
HIMS Jolly Grant – 150
Seema Dental College Rishikesh – 100
(Note: 50-50 percent seats from state quota and all India-management quota)

Counseling schedule (first stage):
-Online registration, Fee deposit, Choice filling :: November 6 (1 pm) to November 10 (8 pm)
State merit list released: November 11 (after 2 pm)
Seat Allotment: 13 November
Admission deadline: November 18

These fees will be:
Government Medical College: The bond will have to pay a fee of Rs 4.5 lakh annually. Only Srinagar College will have to give 4 lakhs without bond and 50 thousand rupees in bonds. Bond’s condition is only in Srinagar College.

Private College:
SGR Medical College: 9 lakh 78 thousand in the state quota and Rs 13 lakh 22 thousand in the management quota seat.
HIMS Jolly Grant: Rs 13 lakh 32 thousand in state quota and Rs 18 lakh in management quota seat.
Seema Dental College: Rs 2 lakh 15 thousand yearly

Security money will not be received after the first phase:
Controller of Examinations Prof. Vijay Juyal told that in the first phase, there will be security of Rs 10,000 for the seat of government quota and Rs 1 lakh for the seat of All India Management quota. If a candidate wants to leave the seat after enrolling in the allotment of seats in the first phase, then security money will be returned to them. Security money will not be returned after the first round. Also, if a candidate has not taken admission in the allotted seat in the counseling till the last date, then his security refund will not be there. In such a case, the candidate will have to re-register and deposit security money to join the mopup phase.
