Sita temple to be built at Phalswadi in Pauri on the lines of Ram temple: CM Trivendra Rawat.

Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has said that a grand temple of Sita Mata will be built on the lines of Ram temple to be built in Ayodhya at Phalswadi in Pauri district. He appealed to donate rocks, clay and rupees for the Sita temple.

The Chief Minister, who arrived in Pauri on Monday to inaugurate the Sharadotsav, said that Phalswadi is the place where Sita Mata took the tomb. This region has already been included in the tourism circuit. Soon the construction of the temple will also be started.

Rock, appeal to donate soil
Addressing the people at Ramlila Maidan, the Chief Minister appealed to donate stones, mud and rupees for the temple. He said that, just as the bricks were brought to build the Ram temple in Ayodhya, similarly a stone (one and a half feet wide and 6 inches tall stone), a handful of clay and 11 rupees were given from every village for the Sita temple in Falaswadi. The Chief Minister said that he would hurry to undertake the padyatra from Devprayag to Falaswadi himself. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has also expressed his wish.

The Chief Minister said that, just as the Hindus of the country and the world come to take a dip in Badrinath, Kedarnath Dham and Ganga, they will also reach this holy site. CM said that, Hindus from all over the world want to come to this place. The draft of the grand temple to be built at Falaswadi is ready. For this he also appreciated the work of DM of Pauri.
