CM Dhami said that along with the efforts of our government on conversion and demographic change, public cooperation and legal awareness is also necessary. The Chief Minister said that our government has taken bold steps like strict anti-riot law, strict action against land encroachment and UCC, but for the effective implementation of these bold efforts of the government, extensive public cooperation is expected. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the program ‘Developed India-2047 Collective Dialogue with Ex-Servicemen’ organized in the DIOS auditorium at Garhi Cantt. During this, he interacted with the ex-servicemen present for the overall development of the state and took their suggestions. On this occasion, a large number of ex-servicemen including Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, Managing Director of UPNL Brigadier JNS Bisht (Retd) were present.

Ex-servicemen also became environmental guards along with nation-guards
The Chief Minister said that the Forest Department has been instructed to plant one thousand trees in every division. Some time ago, Prime Minister Narendra Modi started a campaign in the country, ‘Ek Ped Apni Maa Ke Naam’. On this occasion, I appeal to all of you to participate in this campaign because all of you are not only the nation’s sentinels but also the protectors of our environment. Wherever you plant a tree, its growth will always be guaranteed because you, being a soldier, will always take care of it.
