Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Social Welfare Multi-Purpose Outreach Vehicle on Monday. This vehicle will travel to various rural areas of the state for the next 125 days, organizing 240 multi-purpose camps. Through these camps, the benefits of central and state government welfare schemes will be extended to the poor, needy, and marginalized sections of society. While flagging off the vehicle from his camp office, Chief Minister Dhami said that the state government’s aim is to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach the most vulnerable and marginalized people directly and in a timely manner. He said that through these camps, not only will eligible beneficiaries be informed about the schemes, but also problems arising at the village panchayat and block levels will be resolved on the spot. This will provide significant convenience to beneficiaries in rural areas and further accelerate development activities. The Chief Minister instructed all district magistrates to ensure the presence of senior officials from relevant departments at the camps so that the problems of beneficiaries can be addressed immediately. He said that ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach eligible individuals without any delay is the government’s priority. On this occasion, Deputy Chairman of the Social Welfare Monitoring Committee, Deshraj Karnwal, Vice Chairman of the Matti Kala Board, Shobharam Prajapati, former MLA Kunwar Pranav Champion, and other public representatives were also present.
