Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat paid floral tributes and tributes at the National Police Memorial in New Delhi, paying tribute to the martyrdom and martyrdom of the martyrs. Addressing the press delegates on the occasion, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that this national memorial commemorates the sacrifice and dedication of the police and para military force personnel in defense of the nation. The Chief Minister informed that after the horrific disaster in Uttarakhand state in 2013, SDRF has been formed in the state, through which relief and rescue work is done at the time of natural disaster accident. Presently four SDRF companies are functioning in the state. The Chief Minister said that as an experiment to control city crime, CT petrol unit (CPU) has been formed in four districts of Uttarakhand state whose functions are chain snatching, women abandonment, auto looting loot, preventing accidents etc.
The Chief Minister said that from 2000 to 2019, the number of martyred policemen in Uttarakhand is 182. The Chief Minister said that our soldiers do the work of maintaining peace and order in the country, rescue and relief in natural calamities or accidents and whenever they are needed, they are present at that time. His dutifulness inspires all of us. The Chief Minister wrote in the visitor’s book “There was an opportunity to pay homage at the National Police Memorial. The martyrdom of our soldiers inspired to build a memorial. The memorial in the country’s capital gave this opportunity to “salute” his martyrdom.
