Chardham Yatra: For the first time more than four thousand e-passes have been issued.



For the first time, more than four thousand e-passes have been issued for the famous Chardham Yatra. Travelers have planned to visit Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham on weekends.

However, in view of the Corona transition, the Devasthanam Management Board has restricted the number of passengers in Chardham. But the influx of travelers visiting Chardham Yatra is increasing continuously.
Ravinath Raman, Chief Executive Officer of the Devasthanam Management Board, said that for the first time on Thursday, 4112 passengers were issued e-passes in a day. In which 1542 for Badrinath, 1503 of Kedarnath, 581 of Gangotri and 486 of Yamunotri were issued.

79 thousand passengers have been given e-passes:
From July 1 till now, 79 thousand passengers who registered on the website of the Devasthanam Board were given e-passes. It has seen 45 thousand in Chardham. The CEO of the board said that the Kovid Negative Investigation Report and Quarantine conditions of people coming from outside the state in Chardham Yatra have been abolished.

Due to which the influx of travelers visiting Chardham has increased. All are being allowed to visit Chardham by following health standards. Only registration is mandatory for travel. All passengers can view without any restriction from the e-pass issued by the board.
