Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat instructed to create ‘Apani Sarkar’ portal for the public. Now all the e-district services will be made available through the ‘Apani Sarkar’ portal. This portal will be developed in collaboration with ITDA and NIC. During the review of the right to service and progress of e-district portal in the Secretariat, the Chief Minister directed the officers that under the right to service, all 243 notified services should be made online within three months. So that the public can avail these services right from home.
Chief Minister Shri Trivendra directed that the heads of departments of all departments should be made nodal officers for this. There will be a department-wise meeting of nodal officers under the chairmanship of the Chief Commissioner of the Right to Service Commission. Under the right to service, all the notified services will be reviewed every month under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary and every two months under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister. The commissioners of both the divisions will also review the right to service and e-district in 15 days through video conference with the district magistrates of their divisions.
