Instructed to create ‘Apani Sarkar’ portal for the public.


Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat instructed to create ‘Apani Sarkar’ portal for the public. Now all the e-district services will be made available through the ‘Apani Sarkar’ portal. This portal will be developed in collaboration with ITDA and NIC. During the review of the right to service and progress of e-district portal in the Secretariat, the Chief Minister directed the officers that under the right to service, all 243 notified services should be made online within three months. So that the public can avail these services right from home.
Chief Minister Shri Trivendra directed that the heads of departments of all departments should be made nodal officers for this. There will be a department-wise meeting of nodal officers under the chairmanship of the Chief Commissioner of the Right to Service Commission. Under the right to service, all the notified services will be reviewed every month under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary and every two months under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister. The commissioners of both the divisions will also review the right to service and e-district in 15 days through video conference with the district magistrates of their divisions.
Chief Minister Trivendra said that those services which are not yet notified should also be included in the Right to Service Act. Officers should ensure that the objections in any certificate or other document are mentioned at one go. Which will save the time of the public and do not cause unnecessary trouble. Department-wise target should be set for online services to be notified. Priority should be given to online for over-use services. Under the Right to Service Act, departments and officers who do not deliver services on time should be identified. Monitoring dashboard should be made in the service authority office. In view of Covid-19, more and more citizen services should be made available through online.
On the occasion, Chief Commissioner of Uttarakhand Service Commission Mr. S. Ramaswamy, Chief Secretary Mr. Om Prakash, Additional Chief Secretary Mrs. Radha Raturi, Chief Minister’s IT Advisor Ravindra Dutt, Secretary IT RK Sudhanshu, Director ITDA Amit Sinha, Secretary, Uttarakhand Right to Service Commission Pankaj Naithani, SIC of NIC Narayan NIC Scientist Rajiv Lakhera etc. were present.
