Due to change in weather in Badrinath Dham on Tuesday, snowfall started in the Dham since late night. There is a white sheet of snow spread all around the Dham. At the same time, due to snowfall, it is becoming extremely cold in the Dham. At the same time, the weather in Kedarnath Dham has once again given the feeling of winter. After the snowfall that started late night, the entire Kedarnath Dham is wrapped in a white sheet. The temple complex, walkways, and surrounding mountain peaks are covered with snow, making the view of Kedarpuri look extremely enchanting and divine. This is the first snowfall of the season, which has occurred after the doors closed on October 23. Due to continuous snowfall, a huge drop in temperature has been recorded and the effect of cold has increased in the area. There was a drop in temperature due to light rain in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand on Tuesday. On the other hand, due to cold air in the plains, there was a feeling of cold in the morning and evening. At the same time, even today there is a possibility of light rain in some areas of the hilly districts of the state along with snowfall in the higher altitude areas. According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Center, there is a possibility of light rain in some parts of Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Bageshwar, Rudraprayag and Pithoragarh districts on November 5. There is a possibility of snowfall in the areas at a height of more than four thousand in these districts. Meteorologists say that due to rain and snowfall, cold wave in the hilly districts can cause trouble in the morning and evening. However, the weather is likely to remain dry across the state from November 7 to 10.
Talking about the temperature on Tuesday, the maximum day temperature in Doon was recorded at 28.9 degrees with an increase of two degrees from the normal and the minimum temperature at night was also recorded at 15 degrees with an increase of two degrees. Whereas in the hilly areas the maximum day temperature remained one degree below normal.
