On Saturday, Sports Minister Rekha Arya conducted a departmental review at the Directorate of Youth Welfare and Provincial Guard Force. She said that the process of registering PRD jawans through the portal is going on.
Government orders issued for most of the announcements made for PRD jawans
In the press release issued by the department earlier, the last date given for the jawans to register in the portal and include their documents in the online process was August 20. Now instructions have been given to extend its date. He said that government orders have been issued for most of the announcements made by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for PRD jawans. In the meeting, the Sports Minister also directed the department to make a proposal towards making Nav Yuvak Mangal Dal self-reliant and empowered. He said that according to the current circumstances, a proposal should be made for Mahila Mangal Dal and Nav Yuvak Mangal Dal and a meeting should be held on it soon. The Sports Minister said that the government is dedicated to the all-round development of youth and women.
