Angered by the behavior of Congress MLAs during the assembly session in Gairsain, BJP Mahila Morcha workers burnt effigies of Congress MLAs at Doiwala Chowk and raised slogans against them. City President of BJP Mahila Morcha, Aarti Lakheda said that the behavior of Congress MLAs in front of the Speaker in the House is condemnable.
BJP city president Narendra Singh Negi said that work should have been done for the development of the state in the session. But the Congress MLAs are creating hurdles. Former Divisional Vice President Asha Semwal said that the manner in which the Congress MLAs behaved in the session has tarnished the image of the state. Everyone should work together for the development of the state in the House.
Rajendra Tadiyal, Krishna Tadiyal, Poonam Tomar, Ramamurthy, Komal Devi, Ravinder Belwal, Subodh Nautiyal, Adesh Pawar, Ramkishan, Vineet Manwal, Hemlata Joshi, Nitin Kothari etc were present in those who burnt the effigy.
