Instructions to complete old ongoing construction works

In the district plan, it has been asked to complete the old ongoing construction works. The remaining amount will be used on priority for these works. Also, proposals for long-term schemes will not be included in the district plan. Only such works are being selected which can be completed in the current financial year. If absolutely necessary, the scheme can be completed in a maximum of two years. Such schemes will also be selected carefully.
